This is a series of sketches that I started, where I pay tribute to the old or lost technology of my youth—juxtaposed as somewhat-futuristic looking robots. Clearly, in our universe of shrinking and advancing technology, there is no place for what could have been the next evolution of antiquated tech. It's certainly a fun project, that I enjoy doing. I started off with the printing press, since print is mostly dead, and it grew from there.
